Prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise. Paid plans and recurring add-ons renew at the displayed monthly or annual price only after you separately authorize automatic charges during checkout. The authorization continues until you cancel. A failed charge does not extend service; BlinkHost sends a payment notice and applies the stated grace period. You may cancel automatic renewal in Billing. Cancellation stops future provider charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled separately under the Refund Policy.

Payment-processor fees and VAT charged to BlinkHost are merchant costs and do not reduce an approved customer refund.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when I reach a usage limit?

BlinkHost does not automatically bill usage overages. Plan-governed runtime, bandwidth, preview, database and telemetry allowances stop accepting additional metered work when the limit is reached. Your saved project remains available. Usage resets at the next monthly period, or a workspace owner can add compatible capacity or change plan.

What does the runtime compute allowance measure?

Backend modules consume metered Wasm execution fuel. BlinkHost displays the included monthly unit count in the plan comparison and records usage in Billing; browser frontend work and idle time are not counted as backend execution.

Which currencies and payment methods are supported?

Public direct prices are displayed in US dollars. Self-service recurring checkout uses a supported debit or credit card; standard public checkout does not offer bank transfer, mobile wallet or invoice payment. Applicable tax and the final total are shown before confirmation. Microsoft Marketplace purchases follow the currency, payment, invoicing and tax options available to the purchasing Microsoft account.

When does a plan change take effect?

A paid plan or add-on becomes usable after BlinkHost verifies payment. A different paid plan starts a new billing period immediately at the full checkout price; there is no automatic prorated credit for unused time on the previous plan. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Where can I see my active limits?

After signing in, open Billing to see your workspace's current plan limits and usage.

When is a checkout considered complete?

Your payment is complete only after BlinkHost confirms it. If confirmation is delayed, your Billing page will continue to show the previous plan and you will not be charged twice.

If a recurring payment fails, what happens?

BlinkHost sends a billing notice and provides a seven-day grace period for an eligible recurring subscription. Billing shows the deadline. If payment is not confirmed by then, paid entitlements are suspended; saved project data is not immediately deleted.

How does cancellation work?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until the exact timestamp shown in Billing. Submit the request and wait for confirmation before that timestamp to stop the next renewal.

Where can I review invoices or request billing help?

Workspace owners can review invoices and payment history in Billing. Email billing@blinkhost.me for refunds, payment-method help, or account-specific questions.
